What facilities should Jiangmen canteen contract have?
"Canteen Contracting" means that enterprises, institutions or organizations entrust their own canteens to professional catering companies to manage according to their needs and operate under the guidance and supervision of professionals in order to improve the service level and operating efficiency of canteens within a specified period of time.
After the contracting of the canteen, the original operators of the canteen are still responsible for the specific operation of the canteen. The main characteristics of this service mode are that the fund needed for operation is borne by the original operator and the operating income is still returned to the original operator. Professional catering companies that implement guidance or supervision charge only consultation and diagnosis fees and management fees. Fees are generally charged on a monthly basis or at the stage of work progress.
Enterprise customers adopting this service mode should have the following hardware facilities:
(1) having a dining place;
(2) Have kitchen and kitchen equipment;
(3) Have kitchen staff and restaurant service staff such as chefs.

The Contractor shall provide the following hardware facilities under the "resident service" mode:
(1) Dining places (canteens, restaurants)
(2) Kitchen utensils
The investment needed for the improvement or upgrading of the above hardware facilities, as well as other necessary conditions, shall be negotiated between the two parties when signing the agreement.
